Admission Requirements for A graduate Degree

Applicants may apply at any time to attend Technological University of America. Classes have limited enrollment. All applicants are required to complete an application form for admission. There is a non-refundable Administrative/Registration Fee. Applicants are invited to tour the facility, meet with staff and faculty and upon acceptance, and confirm financial planning. Every individual will be given the opportunity to enroll in the next available classes. Technological University of America is committed to having a diverse student population. The school does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, gender, ethnic origin, age, physical disability, or sexual orientation in administration of its educational policies, admission policies and other school-administered programs. Technological University of America reserves the right to deny admission to any applicant whose attitude, behavior or prior history does not predict success in a program of study.

The following below are the documents that are needed to be submitted to TUA for an admission into graduate courses.

  • Complete the Application for Admission form to the Technological University of America (Application Fee = $30).
  • Official transcripts from an accredited institution showing completion of a baccalaureate degree or higher, with a Grade Point Average of 2.5 (attach a justification statement if GPA is below 2.5).
  • Applicants must present official transcripts which evidence completion of a bachelor’s degree. If the official transcripts were not submitted with the application then the applicants must present their official transcripts before they will be able to register.    
  • Provide three recommendation letters from current or former employers, professors or mentors. These recommendation letters will address the applicant’s professionalism and prior work related experiences.
  • If students have completed post secondary education in another county, the transcripts documents from non-English speaking countries must be translated into English by a professional Credential Evaluation Service.   • The school will keep records of prospective students denied admission for at least one year. Prospective students who were denied admission and would like to view their file, may submit a written request. Access to view the file will normally be granted within 24 hours of request.

The admission application form can be mailed along with the necessary documents or the entire application can be submitted online.

Unofficial transcripts and photocopies of the degreescan be submitted for securing a partial admission. However official transcripts will be required before the student registers for the courses.
